Acceptable Use Policy

Rules that keep our infrastructure safe and reliable.

This policy applies to all Moklav cloud, hosting, server, storage, database, managed infrastructure, internet, and broadband services. Customers must use services responsibly and lawfully.

Prohibited Activities

  • Hosting illegal content or services.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Abusive behavior toward other users, staff, or third parties.
  • Distributing malware, ransomware, or malicious code.
  • Unauthorized scanning, probing or penetration testing.
  • Copyright violation and intellectual property infringement.
  • Phishing and social engineering.
  • Financial fraud and money laundering.
  • DDoS attacks, botnets, command-and-control activity, or traffic manipulation.
  • Cryptocurrency abuse, resource abuse, or workload patterns that degrade shared infrastructure.
  • Any activity that affects the stability, reputation, or security of Moklav infrastructure.

Security and Network Use

Customers must secure their systems, patch applications, protect credentials, and respond promptly to abuse or security reports. Open relays, compromised systems, vulnerable scripts, and exposed services may be restricted if they create risk.

Investigation and Enforcement

Moklav may investigate abuse reports, throttle traffic, block ports, suspend services, request remediation, or terminate services where necessary to protect customers, networks, or third parties.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
