General Principle

Refund eligibility depends on service type, provisioning status, usage, billing cycle, and whether third-party or setup costs have already been incurred.

Non-refundable Items

  • Setup, installation, activation, migration, recovery, or professional service charges.
  • Used service periods, consumed resources, bandwidth, storage, licenses, or add-ons.
  • Custom, dedicated, reserved, or specially provisioned infrastructure after work has started.
  • Domain, software license, data center, payment gateway, or other third-party costs.
  • Services suspended or terminated due to abuse, prohibited use, non-payment, fraud, or policy violation.

Cloud and Hosting Services

VPS, bare metal, storage, database, CMS hosting, and managed services are generally considered delivered once provisioned or actively used. Any refund or adjustment is reviewed case by case through official support.

Internet Services

Internet and broadband refund handling depends on feasibility checks, installation status, active service period, device status, and local service conditions.

Refund Requests
