Terms & Conditions

Terms governing use of Moklav services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Moklav websites, cloud services, hosting services, internet services, or managed infrastructure, customers agree to follow these terms, all published policies, and applicable laws.

Service Use

Services must be used only for lawful business, development, hosting, connectivity, and infrastructure purposes. Customers must not use any Moklav service in a way that harms other users, third parties, or network stability.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, controlling user access, and securing applications, servers, data, and workloads hosted under their account.

Billing and Activation

Services are activated after required billing, verification, feasibility, or provisioning checks are completed. Non-payment, charge disputes, or unpaid dues may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of services.

Customer Content and Backups

Customers remain responsible for all content, applications, databases, files, emails, and backups associated with their services. Unless a managed backup service is separately included, customers should maintain independent backups.

Suspension and Termination

Moklav may suspend or terminate services for abuse, policy violations, unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, or activity that affects infrastructure, network, or service reliability.

Maintenance and Changes

Planned maintenance may be performed with notice where practical. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when required to protect security, stability, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable and best-effort basis. Moklav is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of business, third-party failures, or customer-side configuration and security issues.

Regional Terms

Some services, processes, and regulatory requirements may vary between India and Japan. Region-specific pages and policies apply where relevant.
